02Internship

Sales

Sales Intern

Help introduce employers to a smarter, skills-first way to find, evaluate and hire talent.

You will support the full early sales journey: research, cold outreach to the most fitting companies and effective follow-ups that generate sales.

What you'll do

  • Research prospective employer partners and identify relevant contacts and locate high value prospects.
  • Support personalized outreach, meeting preparation, demo calls and follow-ups.
  • Keep sales activity organized and share recurring customer feedback with the team.

What you bring

  • A confident, considerate communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
  • Resourceful, dependable, and motivated by clear goals that ensure scalable outreach and support.
  • Know-how in digital sales tools in order to organize data, scrub contact lists and track KPIs.
03Internship

Engineering

AI Engineer Intern

Help build intelligent product experiences that make skills-first hiring clearer, faster, and more useful.

You will work closely with the team to prototype, evaluate, and improve AI-assisted features across Wave's hiring platform.

What you'll do

  • Prototype AI features using language models, structured data, and modern APIs.
  • Build evaluation workflows that measure quality, reliability, and product impact.
  • Assist in optimising skills-based gamified assessments and evaluate game-generation pipeline.

What you bring

  • Studying computer science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Comfortable working with Python or TypeScript and learning unfamiliar tools quickly.
  • Rapidly building MVPs and proof-of-concept features.
